Chulchoill, a soft farmhouse goat log is hand made from top quality, fresh Irish goat's milk. The flavour is almondy and aromatic and it is made with pasteurised milk and vegetarian rennet. Chulchoill has a creamy texture with a white moulded exterior and may develop a brownish tinge as the cheese matures. Chulchoill is a most versatile and convenient product and is particularly welcomed by the catering sector.
