Succulent caramels with natural Irish salted butter and the famous salt of guerande, a favourite ingredient of the worlds top chefs. The caramels are made in the traditional artisan way using copper couldrons.
Fleur de Sel is renowned as one of the worlds finest salts. It is harvested in Britany using the celtic method of skimming the sea water from the salt marshes of Guerande. Guerande salt contains all the natural riches of the sea.
