The nougat range is made using a centuries old, traditional recipe. The natural ingredients, honey, nuts, egg whites and sugar are combined to produce confectionary rich in aromas and flavours of once-upon-a-time.

A classic bar of soft white nougat filled with almonds and pistacios. Rich in honey and sweetness with a savoury bite of fine Italian nuts.
